Challenge
WrestlingMart had already taken steps to invest in a scalable technology future for the business, but the team needed an advanced shipping and fulfillment solution to round out the process. They knew they wanted a solution capable of integrating with NetSuite without performance delays, but equally important, they needed a solution to optimize the warehouse team’s workflows by cutting down on unnecessary steps and reducing the potential for errors.
As their previous shipping software wasn’t integrated with NetSuite, the team at WrestlingMart was dealing with shipping errors that were costing them time and money. Common errors included:
- Shipping incorrect products or mis-shipments – for example: shipping a size 9 shoe instead of a size 10
- Selecting incorrect shipping times – for example: shipping ground instead of overnight when the customer needed it overnight
- Shipping with incorrect rates due to no rate shopping functionality – for example: shipping overnight when ground would get it there in the same time
Additionally, WrestlingMart wanted a shipping solution that would:
- Be easy for employees to learn
- Provide customers with a better tracking experience
- Be able to quickly create business rules like choosing USPS Priority vs UPS Ground or vice-versa when the situation calls for it
Solution
After rigorously evaluating NetSuite shipping and fulfillment solutions, WrestlingMart chose ShipHawk. “We’ve been using ShipHawk for almost two years now and have continued to be impressed with how
