How to Connect Thermal Label Printer
This video will show you how to connect your thermal label printer to your list of ShipHawk integrations. Once connected, this will give you the power to print labels from the shipment data. Starting from your dashboard, head to the top right of the webpage and click on the gear icon. Select “Settings” from the drop-down list, and then once on the “Settings” page, click on “Printing” from the menu on the left. Before you select an input, be sure that your QZ tray version is 2.0 or greater. Now, select the printer from the drop-down menu. Once you are initially connected, you can print a test label to ensure it is working properly.
