How to Add your Products
In this video you will learn how to add your product list to your ShipHawk dashboard. On the tab across the top of the webpage, click on “Products”. This will direct you to your products page. You don’t have any products yet, so let’s upload some. Click on “Import”, and then select which option works best for you. If you’re not connected with Shopify, you will need to upload a CSV file with your product SKU’s. Please download the sample CSV file template to ensure you are importing the correct file format. If you do have your products in Shopify, exit out of this window and click on the gear icon on the top right of the web page, then select “Settings”. This will bring you to your eCommerce settings page, in which you can enter your pre-existing Shopify store. Once you have entered your Shopify store URL, you can go back to the products page, and select “Import” once more. Now you’re able to click “Import”, and your products from your Shopify store will auto-populate into the ShipHawk system.
