How to Configure Rules
This video will show you how to configure rules for rate requests and orders. From your shiphawk dashboard, click on the gear icon in the top right of your web page, and select “Rules” from the dropdown list. This brings you to the homepage, where edit existing rules, and add new ones. Since we don’t currently have any rules, let’s add one. Click on the plus (+) icon to create a new rule. Here you can name your new rule and apply or define it as needed. Once completed, scroll down and click “Create”. Repeat this process as needed for each new rule.
