How to Process Orders as a Batch
In this video we will go over how to use batch processing in ShipHawk. Batch processing allows you to process multiple orders simultaneously, instead of having to go through and book each one individually. Before we begin, we need to make sure that we have already created at least one order, though multiple orders are needed to take full advantage of batch functionality. Once you have some orders ready, we can get started. From the ShipHawk dashboard, click on the orders tab at the top left of your web page. From here, you can click on the top check-box to select all orders, or select them individually. Once you’re satisfied with your selection, click on the process orders button to start booking your orders. Once ShipHawk finishes processing your orders, you can send the labels directly to your label printer or fix any order errors and resubmit. That’s it! You’re now ready to start using batch processing with ShipHawk.
