In this video we will be obtaining tracking updates for our shipments. First, click on “Shipments” to access both shipments that are In Transit and shipments that have been delivered. Select the Shipment ID for the shipment that we’d like to get tracking updates for. Select “Show All” to get a list of the tracking updates that have occurred up to this point. You can also click the tracking number which opens in a new tab for a better view of each status update.
