How can I make sure the correct rate is on a shipment?

An order passed into ShipHawk with a RateID will generate a proposed shipment with the specified rate on it.

What is a proposed shipment?

A proposed shipment is an object generated by a rateID, stating all the necessary information to ship and label this order. A proposed shipment can become a shipment with the click of a button or a quick POST.
